How to Cancel a Membership

Cancelling your subscription / membership is a simple process. Before cancelling, you should be aware that you will instantly lose your Discord role, but your other benefits like downloading premium assets will remain active until your subscriptions’ end date. Unfortunately, the Discord benefits are handling using a 3rd parties’ application and it as simple as us implementing that functionality.

Follow these steps to cancel your subscription:

1. Visit the Account page, which can be accessed from the button on the top right header.
2. Go to the Subscriptions section
3. On your active subscription, click “Change plan”
4. Select the “Free” plan from the dropdown box and click the “Select Plan” button

Your subscription will then be cancelled. You can confirm this on the Subscriptions page by verifying that “Free” is your active subscription.
